Remember Your Ladder

Lalitha has 3 siblings 2 bothers and one sister.   During her marriage  elder brother has not helped financially  nor attended the marriage due to some family issues.  Her Younger brother arranged the money and helped the parents during her marriage.  Today all her siblings are married and have their family to take care.

On her Father ‘s 80th Birthday all the siblings came together and organized a function to celebrate his birthday.  Now Preference and Priority was  given to her Elder brother  who has not helped  parents or sisters during their needy time in the function. Younger brother who had helped them like a Ladder during difficult time was given Least Priority and  importance in the function.

Remember contribution and help taken during your needy time.    Please give them Preference and Priority all the time.

Happy Relationship

Follow Your Passion

Subhash’s parents are doctors and wanted  their son also to be a doctor.  Due to the parental pressure Subhash studied Medicine.  Today Subhash is not into Medical Profession!!!! he is working as Business Analyst in the Health Care Domain Software company.

Siri’s parents are working  in the IT Industry, wanted their daughter to be a Software Engineer, but Siri was interested in Fashion Designing. Parents Enrolled  her for the Engineering Course. After few days  she left the college.   After a year her parents allowed her to join the Fashion Designing course and today Siri is a very successful Fashion designer and runs her own Boutique.

Dear Parents to avoid the above situations please remember these points

  1. Talk to Your Children and understand their interest.
  2. Help them to Identity the Right Course and College
  3. Enroll them to a Good College to get the Right Skills.
  4. Allow them to follow their Passion to become successful Professional.

Value Your Customer

Vijaya runs a consultancy  which provides  training  on  IT skills to Individual and Corporate Clients.  On the Occasion of 5th Anniversary of the Consultancy, she decided to buy a gift item to be given to vendors and colleagues.  She posted her requirements online.  For this she got good response from the vendors. Vendors were looking for the good business what they  will get from the customer’s order rather than understanding the customer’s requirement!!!!.

When Vijaya told that she is looking for gift items with reasonable price and wanted to only 100 nos. vendors were not keen to take her order and was not responded to her request properly.

Dear Vendors, one can run and sustain in the business for long time only  by valuing the Customer and Clients. When  a customer approaches you with a request

Do’s

  1. Listen to the Customer.
  2. Understand their Requirements
  3. Help them by giving right suggestions.
  4. Allow the Customer to make a final decision.
  5. Always Value the Customer irrespective of Volume of the Business.

Don’ts

  1. Never Ignore Your Customer.

Value your Customer to Grow and Sustain in the Business for Long Time

Happy Customer

Kamala Aunty is our family Friend.  She has four daughters and no sons.  Her daughters  are married and well settled.  She lives in small town and owns  property, which she inherited from her parents. Recently She lost her husband and wanted to live on her own, but unable to do so!!!  Reason, Her Daughters are forcing her to sell the property and wanted the share money the among them.

Gopal and Rukmni has their owns house in Bangalore .  Now their son and daughter wanted to sell the parent’s house, as they need money to repay the loan which they borrowed to build their own house!!!!

Friends Parents will struggle to make their children’s life good, But children will struggle to make their parent’s life worst.  Please “Leave the Parents to live in Peace“.
