Value Your Customer

Vijaya runs a consultancy  which provides  training  on  IT skills to Individual and Corporate Clients.  On the Occasion of 5th Anniversary of the Consultancy, she decided to buy a gift item to be given to vendors and colleagues.  She posted her requirements online.  For this she got good response from the vendors. Vendors were looking for the good business what they  will get from the customer’s order rather than understanding the customer’s requirement!!!!.

When Vijaya told that she is looking for gift items with reasonable price and wanted to only 100 nos. vendors were not keen to take her order and was not responded to her request properly.

Dear Vendors, one can run and sustain in the business for long time only  by valuing the Customer and Clients. When  a customer approaches you with a request

Do’s

  1. Listen to the Customer.
  2. Understand their Requirements
  3. Help them by giving right suggestions.
  4. Allow the Customer to make a final decision.
  5. Always Value the Customer irrespective of Volume of the Business.

Don’ts

  1. Never Ignore Your Customer.

Value your Customer to Grow and Sustain in the Business for Long Time

Happy Customer

Dr.Ravish is a Consultant radiologist and works in Reputed hospital. He will be very busy and hardly finds time to attend any Family Gatherings. Whenever he attends the gatherings, he will be surrounded by  the Friends and relatives with their Medical Reports, seeking his suggestions on their health problems!!!!!

Recently She lost her husband and wanted to live on her own, but unable to do so!!!  Reason, Her Daughters are forcing her to sell the property and wanted the share money the among them.

Gopal and Rukmni has their owns house in Bangalore .  Now their son and daughter wanted to sell the parent’s house, as they need money to repay the loan which they borrowed to build their own house!!!!

Friends Parents will struggle to make their children’s life good, But children will struggle to make their parent’s life worst.  Please “Leave the Parents to live in Peace“.

Dependent to Independent

Manasa’s daughter  is studying in 9th Std and is busy with Tuition and School.  All her personal work like Arranging books, cloths will be done by her mother!!!.   Chandra has two children and Whole day she will be busy in taking care of her children’s needs!!!!

When the children are young it is our responsibility to take care of all their needs.  As they grow up encourage them to perform their personal work by themselves.  Guide them  Slowly and patiently  to take care of their personal belongs. At Young age children are interested to learn, As they grow up it is difficult to train them.

Make your children Independent rather than dependent
